God calls us to study His word in order to grow in our understanding of Him and His purpose for our lives. We encourage each person to read and study the Bible for themselves but also provide weekly gatherings to learn and discuss the truths found in God’s word together.
We currently offer two Bible study groups, on Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening. The same material is usually covered in both studies.
Our studies are flexible, with a combination of Bible teaching and interactive study. We usually work through a specific topic or series, with opportunities for questions, discussion and prayer.
Topics covered in our Bible studies have included:
- The Gospels – 4 Pictures of Christ.
- Developing a life of Prayer.
- Discovering the central message of the Bible.
- God’s Word, Our Foundation.
- The Church, God’s Masterpiece.
- Finding purpose when life doesn’t make sense.Bible study is of vital importance for the disciples of Jesus.
